Is linebred to the finest Welsh Cobs in Herefordshire, England, Llanarth Stud, of World Fame. Known for the production of top notch Performance and Halter Champions.

Is linebred to his grandsire, Brynarian Eiddwenn Comet, a versatility Champion 6 times and High Point Advanced Single Driving Champion at the Can Am Driving Trials in 1991, and was also a member of team Welsh in the Battle of the Breeds at Spruce Medows.

Midas has excellent conformation with good sloping shoulder, well muscled hind end, dense cannon bone and strong, hard, well shaped feet. His movement is lofty and collected with plenty of suspension and extension. He over tracks by a foot at the walk and trot.

Midas also has a very strong work ethic and willingly learns new things. He has never been difficult to handle during breeding, always a gentleman.
