Barry's full brother, Kelly Acres Koffee Krisp, is well known on the pony jumper circuit, having competed in both Hunters and Jumpers in Alberta and British
Columbia, competing at Spruce Meadows and winning the Pony 4 Bar at the True North Horse Show ("A" circuit) at 4ft! Barry
himself has unfortunately never been shown in performance due to a breeding injury.

His first foals were born in 1987 and are now all over North America as performance ponies/horses in various
disciplines. Comet's first career was combined driving in which he excelled. The highlight was winning High
Point Canadian Advanced Single Driving Champion at the Can Am Driving trials in 1991.
Comet has been shown in Dressage, Show Hack, Road Hack, Western Pleasure, Western
Riding, Reining, Trail, Pleasure Driving, Combined Driving etc, winning in open and breed shows all over Western Canada. He
has been a sidesaddle Dressage Demo horse at the Western Canadian Dressage Championships, a demo Welsh Pony at Spruce Meadows
and has been High Point Performance/Most Versatile Welsh 6 years running at the WPCSS All Breed Pony Show.
In 1998, he, his get and grand get were first, second or third (in some cases all three)
in every class entered at the WPCSS all Breed Pony Show. All of this and a full breeding season as well! He truly is an ambassador
for the Welsh breed and for ponies in general.
